Stuart, FL company is seeking a bilingual Spanish Phone Sales Representative to cover a 10-12 week maternity leave. No cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders into the company database.
- Verify pricing, product availability, and customer information
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, discrepancies, or missing information
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Answering phones from customers
- Follow company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of metal roofing is a plus
