OpenAI is seeking a safety- and security-minded researcher or engineer in San Francisco to design and test practical mitigations for increasingly capable AI agents. The role focuses on oversight, system-level mitigations, and sandboxed environments to ensure safe and autonomous operation in real-world settings. You will collaborate with the Codex harness engineering team to productionize AI controls, conduct red-team evaluations, and iterate mitigations based on deployment data while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Labs
