Global Payroll Director

Global Payroll Director The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Global Payroll Director. This role will be critical in providing oversight for the company's global payroll operations. Ideal candidates will have experience providing expertise regarding payroll operations and compliance for a company with employees spanning multiple countries including those in Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East. Responsibilities: Serve as subject matter expert on all payroll operations and compliance across U.S. and EMEA/APAC locations Manage payroll tax and wage and hour compliance Drive process improvements Establish centralized governance and standardized controls Manage all payroll functions including: policies, documentation standards, escalation processes, oversight of payroll operations for regional locations, local and federal laws, accuracy, and taxes Foster an accountability and service culture Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred Required Experience: 10+ years of progressive payroll experience Prior leadership experience with a global organization Experience with international payroll (EMEA/APAC preferred) Experience partnering with legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance
