Global Payroll ManagerLocation: Hybrid in Pittsburgh, PAJob Type: Full Time / PermanentWork Authorization: No SponsorshipRelocation assistance is availableThe A.C. Coy company has an immediate opening for a Global Payroll Manager. Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of U.S payroll administration experience, 2+ years of international payroll administration experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing & AdministrationTrain, coach, evaluate and provide daily guidance to payroll staff processing semi-monthly and monthly global payrollsEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductionsAudit payroll data and reconcile discrepanciesLead registration and set up of payroll services in new jurisdictionsReview and approve regular and off-cycle payrolls and adjustmentsMaintain and prepare entries, interfaces, reports and reconcilements for the general ledger and org hierarchy structureCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with all applicable withholding, revenue and tax regulationsLead global payroll tax vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and accuracyEnsure completion of payroll tax filing (W-2, 941, P11-D etc.)Lead global payroll SOX audit processes: maintain control definitions, audit responses, control testingSystems & Process ImprovementMaintain and configure Ceridian Dayforce payroll systemTroubleshoot payroll system issuesDrive automation and efficiency improvementsSupport system upgrades and implementationsServe as payroll SME on projects impacting payrollEmployee SupportRespond to employee payroll inquiriesResearch and resolve pay discrepanciesCoordinate, prepare and/or deliver employee trainingQualificationsEducation Required:Bachelor's degree in accounting or financeExperience Required:5+ years of domestic payroll administration2+ years of supervisory/lead experienceExperience in European or AsiaPAC payroll administrationUnderstanding of payroll accounting and payroll impact on general ledgerExcel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data format conversion)
