People Operations Manager - Culture & Growth Champion

ZenQMS is seeking an energetic Manager, People Operations to lead end-to-end HR processes and scale the team. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and culture initiatives for a global workforce. This role reports to the Co‑Founder/CEO and operates from our Ardmore, PA headquarters on a hybrid basis, with occasional in-person events across locations.
