SAP Business Analyst I - WarehousingJob Functions / ResponsibilitiesProcesses improvement - document existing processes, identify and analyze gaps between current processes and the desired state, design new processes, develop process performance measures and plan the transition to new processes as neededFollow policies and procedures including, but not limited to, Change Control, project management methodology, SOX controlsLeverage SAP industry standards and best practiceServe as a key liaison between Supply Chain Operations and IT Development team to provide systems analysis and supportPartner with IT development team to test solutions, including updating appropriate documentation to ensure smooth system integration and enhanced functionalitiesTakes a lead role in working with peers to develop standards processes, procedures and documentationQualifications:5+ years strong understanding of various SAP Warehouse, Materials Management, or Production Planning modules and business processes.Knowledge of SAP standard processesAbility to translate business solutions into systems programsPossess knowledge of software testing proceduresKnowledge of SAP system integrationsExcellent collaboration skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to react quickly to issues and opportunitiesStrong analytical skillsAbility to react quickly and effectively to any issues that may ariseExtremely detail-orientedStrong organizational and leadership skillsOn an existing suite of complex requirements
