Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year A bit about us: A national electrical contractor is hiring experienced Traveling Electrical Superintendents to support commercial retail projects across the United States. This role is ideal for strong field leaders who are comfortable managing crews, coordinating with multiple trades, and traveling for extended periods. Why join us? Competitive pay - $130k-$150k base compensation Performance-based bonus program Monthly vehicle allowance and fuel card Paid housing and per diem for travel Paid trips home every 2 to 3 weeks Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Employer-paid short and long-term disability Company-provided phone Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crews of 10 to 15 or more team members Oversee commercial new construction and renovation projects Interpret blueprints and construction documents Coordinate installation of underground, overhead, and rough-in systems Work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and utility providers Maintain project schedules and support budget adherence alongside the Project Manager Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance Complete daily reports and weekly time tracking Operate equipment such as trenchers, lifts, and forklifts Qualifications: 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial electrical projects Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems Ability to travel consistently for projects Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus Interested in hearing more?
