Senior Product Manager-Leadless Therapies

Abbott seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Cardiac Rhythm Management Division to lead strategy and development of leadless therapy product lines. The role involves upstream product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, commercialization planning, and portfolio lifecycle management in Austin, TX or Sylmar, CA.
Responsibilities
- Lead upstream marketing and commercialization strategy for leadless product portfolio with differentiated positioning
- Own strategic planning process for assigned products, partnering with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams
- Develop data-driven business recommendations and investment cases to senior leadership
- Manage product lifecycle activities including expansion opportunities, line extensions, and portfolio optimization
- Define and monitor key performance indicators including revenue, market share, adoption, and customer engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education and work experience
- Master's degree (MBA strongly preferred)
- 5-8 years of related product management or commercial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices
- Understanding of cardiac rhythm management or medical device markets
- Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed global organizations
- Subject matter expertise in competitive dynamics and emerging healthcare technologies
