Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Empower Strength Psychiatry Center, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of clients and their families.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner.

• Address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: \n

  • Alcohol and substance abuse.
  \n
  • Physical and psychological abuse.
  \n
  • Grief and loss.
  \n
  • Family conflicts and sibling disputes.
  \n
  • Job-related stress and medical concerns.
  \n
  • Challenges related to blended families and remarriage.
  \n
  • Adjustment issues around separation and divorce.
  \n
  • Parenting conflicts and communication difficulties.
  \n

• Utilize evidence-based practices for effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
