Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Incident Patrol in Southaven, MS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and provide clear reports to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
