Bilingual Team Lead – Warehouse/Kitting – 2nd Shift
$24/hr | Train on 1st Shift | Immediate Opening
Job Summary
We are hiring a Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) to oversee kitting and warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for productivity, quality, and team coordination.
Must be flexible to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily kitting, packaging, and labeling operations
- Assign work, prioritize orders, and meet production goals
- Perform hands-on production work as needed
- Communicate instructions in English & Spanish
- Train and support team members
- Ensure accuracy of kits using work orders and BOMs
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues
- Maintain 5S standards and a safe work environment
- Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and production teams
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED
- 1–3 years of warehouse, kitting, or manufacturing experience
- Previous lead or team leadership experience
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift
- Flexibility to train on 1st shift
