About the Role:

We are seeking a Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist to join our busy and growing dealership. As the Service Receptionist and Warranty Claim Specialist , you will handle all service phone calls, scheduling, warranty claims processing and coordination of logistics on inbound and outbound vehicles. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer service phone calls and schedule service appointments.
• Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with warranty company guidelines.
• Process service invoicing accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with technicians for efficient workflow.
• Manage logistics for transportation of incoming and outgoing vehicles. 
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Provide support in resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• Highly energetic and promotes a culture of positivity and collaboration.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in automotive service or warranty claims is a plus.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Hours:

• Monday - 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday - 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday - 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday - 8:15 AM - 6:30 PM
• Friday - 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
• Hours above include a one hourly daily lunch break.
• Approximately 43 hours per week, with paid overtime.
