Configuration Analyst

We have an urgent need for a Configuration Professional with strong, hands-on experience in Cognizant's Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) and TriZetto Communication System (TCS), supporting our health plan client Cambia. Cambia's environment is FACETS-based, so familiarity with FACETS alongside CCA/TCS is a must.

This is a highly technical, SME-level role requiring deep configuration expertise across components such as letters, forms, assessments, guidelines, and ABRE rules. The ideal candidate can independently translate business requirements into system configuration and drive workflow automation across Care Management and Utilization Management.

Candidate Pre-Qualification Questions:

1. What hands-on configuration work have you done specifically in Clinical CareAdvance (CCA) and TriZetto Communication System (TCS)? Which components have you personally built (e.g., letters, forms, assessments, ABRE rules)?


2. Have you used CCA or TCS to automate workflows (such as business rules, campaigns, or care plans)? If so, what did you build and own?


3. In your most recent role, were you the primary owner of CCA/TCS configuration, or were you supporting someone else? What areas were you fully responsible for?


4. What version(s) of CCA/TCS have you configured in? (6.0 R3, 6.1 R3, 25.1, or earlier?)


5. Do you have experience working in a FACETS environment? If so, what was your role alongside CCA/TCS?


6. What is your availability to start?
