FLEX Customer Service Security Officer (In-Person Hiring Event - Walk-Ins Welcome) Location: 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA, 98101 Interview requirements: Physical copy of updated resume and business casual attire. Time: Friday, July 10th, 2026 from 10am-12pm Job Location: Seattle, WA Wage: $28.90 per hour Shifts: FLEX (no set weekly schedule) - eligible to work more than 40 hours per week. Typical Responsibilities Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, and the public. Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Secure entrances and exits. Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Protect evidence or the scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Set up barriers, signage and provide direction or information to others. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for the assigned site. High school diploma or GED required, or ability to complete GED within 6 months. Standard computer/technology skills needed. Minimum of 2 years of security and customer service/hospitality experience. Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus. Ability to conduct patrols throughout a shift. Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift. Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
