Responsibilities include the coordination of downstream personnel closely directed, at times through the team leader. Communicates to the Team Leader and Shift Maintenance the reliability of the equipment; pallet conveying systems, strappers, wrappers, palletizers. The individual in this role works closely with the Team Leader and Shift Maintenance to ensure shift operational objectives are maintained.Responsibilities:Manage associates time including break protocols.Identify cause and affect issues on downstream equipment up to and including basic repairs and communicates them to the Team Leader and Shift Maintenance.Operational understanding of the pallet conveying system and its touch screen controls along with the basic functional controls of palletizers, wrappers and strappers.Has knowledge of the handling of all raw materials (tier sheets, top frames, scrap raw materials, pallets, stretch wrap and banding) which would include; how to acquire them, the rotation of stock and storage areas of these materials.Ensures product integrity by supplying a quality finished good to our customer based on the quality standard provided.
