Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and student-centered approach
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations and individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
• Develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and document outcomes per district and state requirements
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in eligibility and placement meetings to support students’ academic and social success
• Adapt services and materials to meet the diverse needs of all learners
