Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected start September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed ICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 depending on acuity
• Manage patients requiring ventilator support and cardiovascular drips
• Assist with or support procedures including thoracentesis, arterial line placement, and central line placement
• Operate and monitor advanced equipment such as CRRT and IABP (Impella experience not required)
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to IMU as needed; expected 4 weekend shifts per schedule with no on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Texas
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and cardiovascular drips
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Neuro ICU experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Experience with CRRT, IABP, or Impella devices
