Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience providing physical therapy in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Client requires availability for one of the following shift patterns: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care workflows.
Familiarity with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care planning.
Proficiency documenting in electronic medical records used in long-term care environments.

Assignment Details

Shift pattern options: Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.
13-week assignment.
30 guaranteed hours to start.
May be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
