About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its leadership team. The COO will play a pivotal role in the organization, working closely with the Publisher and CEO to support the company's editorial vision, author relationships, and long-term growth. This is a remote position that requires a commitment to periodic in-person collaboration. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial operator, adept at bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to a lean, growing organization.
