Your responsibilities will include: Preparing Meals: Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner using standardized recipes to maintain consistency and quality. Special Diets: Create modified meals for individuals with specific medical needs, allergies, or chewing difficulties. Quality Assurance: Check food temperatures, portion sizes, and taste before serving to ensure every dish meets our high standards. Sanitation: Keep kitchen surfaces clean, store food safely, and maintain organized refrigerators. Compliance: Follow health department regulations and adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety guidelines. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or cooking role. A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
