Our multidisciplinary team includes 30 licensed therapists, 2 child and adolescent psychiatrists, and 6 dedicated administrative professionals who work collaboratively to provide high-quality, compassionate care. With two office locations and secure telehealth services, we are committed to increasing access to evidence-based behavioral health treatment while fostering a supportive, client-centered environment for both our patients and our team. We Provide: Furnished office space Client referrals to build your caseload Dedicated administrative staff to manage insurance and billing HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record, phones, fax, and high-speed internet Clinical supervision (if needed) Competitive compensation Monthly Team Consultations, virtual and in-person events with colleagues A warm and welcoming work environment Responsibilities: Conduct intake assessments, and diagnose and treat mental health issues Develop treatment goals collaboratively with clients Assess for progress and modify treatment interventions as needed Refer to specialists as needed Maintain clinical documentation within 24 hours following sessions Available on either evenings OR weekends to schedule appointments during after-school hours Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Employer Retirement matching Professional liability insurance CEU subscription Worker's compensation coverage Supervision Job Qualifications Master\'s degree or PhD and current Ohio license: LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW, MFT/IMFT Ability to form strong therapeutic relationships Self-directed, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively Multicultural awareness and sensitivity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated sound clinical judgement Ability to learn the electronic medical records system Apply Location: Either the Beachwood or Rocky River office.
