Ardens Print is looking for a motivated E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist with Etsy and graphic design experience to join our team in Tomball, Texas.

This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys managing online stores, creating product listings, researching trends, improving sales, and working with graphics and product mockups.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for assigned Etsy shops and actively work to grow them.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce, Etsy, online marketplaces, graphic design, or print-on-demand who wants to work in a fast-paced custom printing environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain assigned Etsy shops

• Create new product listings and keep shops active

• Research trending products, niches, keywords, and competitors

• Create attractive product mockups and edit graphics

• Write strong product titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords

• Improve older listings that are not generating enough traffic or sales

• Monitor shop views, favorites, orders, and listing performance

• Review Etsy advertising and promotional performance

• Assist with pricing and product strategy

• Respond to customer messages and pre-sale questions

• Handle personalization and custom-order requests

• Prepare customer mockups for approval when needed

• Upload and organize print-ready design files

• Track delayed orders and help resolve customer issues

• Communicate order changes and special instructions to the production team

• Research best-selling products and identify new opportunities

• Maintain organized Google Drive folders and product files

• Help manage social media and promotional activity when needed

• Prepare weekly shop performance reports

• Participate in weekly team meetings and planning

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous Etsy or online marketplace experience

• Experience creating or managing product listings

• Knowledge of Etsy SEO, tags, keywords, and search optimization

• Graphic design experience

• Adobe Photoshop or similar design software experience

• Ability to create professional product mockups

• Strong attention to detail

• Good written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Comfortable working with daily goals and performance expectations

Our internal workflow includes daily listing activity, customer communication, order management, design work, marketing review, and production coordination.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tomball, Texas.

Remote work is not available.
