Physician - Gynecology Oncology Grand Rapids

Locum Gynecologic Oncologists Needed

Trinity Health - Richard J. Lacks Cancer Center in Grand Rapids, MI is looking for 1-2 locum gynecologic oncologists to start in Jan 2025! Reason for coverage: replacement for perm physician leaving. Start date: Jan 2025 and will need coverage through end of 2025. Call requirements: 24 hour call. We need a physician that can take call every third weekend with additional dates booked as needed. We estimate this to be about 20 weekends of call. Number of physicians in practice: 2 physicians, 1 APP (1 physician is leaving). Will there be gynecologists/oncologists present during locum coverage? PA while in clinic and on weekdays. Average # of patients per day (outpatient): varies. Average # of patients per day (inpatient): 2-6. EMR system: Epic.

Please note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees. Rates needed for submission: malpractice (included in rates), orientation on call (daily), 24 hour holiday call, call back holiday call back, conversion fee (***k rate cap).

Submission requirements: all items below must be noted at time of name clear to avoid being redirected. Board certified - required. Active MI license or IMLC - required. ACLS - required. COVID vaccine - required. Availability for 2025 - required, note at time of name clear.

Certification requirements: ACLS. State license requirements: Michigan.
