With many vibrant taprooms and restaurants scattered across Colorado, we’re not just part of the craft beverage industry - we are shaping i Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including cash receipts and disbursements, accounts receivable, accounts payable and accruals, inventory, fixed assets and revenue recognition for multiple entities Manage purchasing policies and procedures Prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis Enforce standard accounting policies and procedures of the organization Perform an efficient month-end close process Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts Calculate variances from the budget and identify and analyze significant differences Prepare sales and use tax returns for applicable jurisdictions Track and report key financial metrics Assist CPA firm with annual review of financial statements Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Requirements: Strong operational accounting skills, financial skills and GAAP knowledge Demonstrated ability to assess, develop, enhance and implement accounting/finance policies, procedures and controls Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to commute to our Headquarters location in Lafayette Effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills Strong work ethic and proactive attitude Excellent attention to detail Experience with Quickbooks is highly desired Experience with inventory management software is highly desired Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred Estimated salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 DOE Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee discounts across all Wilding Brands location #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilding Brands
