Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator (91766)

AFRA Dental Group is a growing, modern dental practice in Corona seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Office Administrator to join our team full-time.

We are looking for someone who is confident discussing treatment plans and finances, experienced with dental insurance, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Spanish fluency is required.

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Review insurance benefits and provide accurate estimates
• Coordinate financial arrangements and payment plans
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Schedule patients efficiently to meet production goals
• Verify insurance eligibility and breakdown benefits
• Manage patient check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and handle patient inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate records in practice management software
• Support overall front office operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of treatment coordinating experience and knowledge of CDT codes
• Strong knowledge of PPO and Medi-Cal dental insurances and billing
• Excellent communication and case acceptance skills
• Spanish fluency (spoken and written) – REQUIRED
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with Open Dental software preferred
