Looking for a fun opportunity to work at a bustling beach cafe? Crush and Grind, located in the heart of Carolina Beach, NC, is on the hunt for friendly, dependable individuals to join our crew as a Barista-Bartender. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing As a Barista-Bartender at Crush and Grind, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Serving a variety of craft beers, wines and a small selection of mixed beverages.
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your workspace.
- Assisting with stocking and inventory as needed.
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to detail.
We’re seeking individuals who are:
- At least 21 years old (required).
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds comfortably.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and happy to provide excellent customer service.
- Prior experience as a barista or bartender is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to help you learn and grow!
