Job Description

This will be a Billing Analyst role with an emphasis on quality assurance. Performs quality assurance checks for managed service provider. Manages standard utility billing activities, including bill adjustments, rebills, and exception handling, with working knowledge of tariffs, customer classifications, and regulatory requirements. Processes billing adjustments and rebills Follows rate schedules, tariffs, and customer class rules Reviews usage data, billing determinants, and account configurations Resolves routine billing exceptions and customer billing inquiries Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal audit controls Provides informal guidance or review support to managed service provider General duties: 2-5 Years Experience, Perform quality assurance checks for a managed service provider and oversee processes related to utility billing operations (including bill adjustments, rebills, exception handling, and credit-related activities).
