Looking for a part-time position with a flexible schedule? Paramount Senior Living at Bethel Park is looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist to join our team. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule with weekday evening coverage and rotating weekend shifts. As the first person guests, residents, families, and visitors see, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Assist with resident census and office records
• Help maintain a professional and organized front desk
• Support department managers with daily administrative tasks
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Dependable and organized
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
