Your new company This successful national Real Estate investor, owner/operator, and developer has over $8 billion in equity and a market presence across 32 states. With over 30 years of industry experience, our client has an aggressive growth strategy to expand their multifamily division in NYC through a pipeline of large-scale luxury developments and conversions. Your new role Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will help oversee the opening and stabilization of a new construction 420-unit, 25+ story luxury multifamily high-rise rental in Midtown East. The property will feature extensive amenity offerings and will represent one of the firm's most significant multifamily projects currently under development in New York City.
