Job Description
Saint Luke’s and Heart Surgeons of Kansas City are seeking a fifth BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
Position Highlights
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary vascular program with strong partnership across vascular surgery, vascular medicine/interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, and wound care—focused on delivering high-quality, comprehensive patient outcomes
- Balanced clinical practice including operative care, inpatient management, and outpatient clinics (1–1.5 days/week) across two campuses: a high-acuity tertiary referral center and a community-based hospital
- Broad procedural scope encompassing complex aortic interventions and outpatient vein treatments, supported by state-of-the-art facilities (dedicated cardiovascular and hybrid ORs, cardiac anesthesia, and outpatient vein procedure suites)
- Robust clinical infrastructure with APP support across care settings and a dedicated vascular lab staffed by experienced sonographers
- Favorably scheduled call (no more than 1:4)
- Large, supportive research program with active participation in multiple clinical studies
- Leader in innovation, among the first in the region to adopt advanced technologies and techniques in vascular surgery
- Quality-driven team with participation in the Vascular Quality Initiative (VQI)
- Fully integrated Epic EMR

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Experienced candidates preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year of experience (new graduates acceptable)
- Doctorate Degree
- Full Time employment in the United States of America (Swing adjustment)
