IT Support Help Desk Technician

Salary: $55,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure AD administration and Microsoft 365
- Hardware support experience with Apple devices and other Microsoft vendors
- Software support experience for Windows 7 through 11, Microsoft Office, and macOS
- Experience installing and managing software applications
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and consistency
- Organized, disciplined work style
- People-first mindset and enthusiasm for technology solutions
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
- Experience working in an MSP environment or a related managed services setting
- Valid drivers license
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Resolve our clients employees everyday technical issues
- Partner with senior Field Technicians on more complex troubleshooting and remediation
- Keep field documentation current and accurate
- Support clients remotely or on-site, independently or as part of a team
- Contribute to solutions involving data migrations, security, asset management, VOIP provisioning, and cloud strategy
