You possess: 8+ Years of Success: Proven track record as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in heavy industrial fabrication or manufacturing ecosystems. Lean Architecture Mastery: A verifiable history of using VSM, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to drive measurable efficiency and eliminate waste. Technical Instincts: Deep familiarity with robust metal fabrication, welding workflows, and thermal/heat exchange processes. End-to-End Fluency: Competence managing production scheduling, material purchasing, capital equipment evaluation (CapEx), and freight logistics. Elite Presence: The communication skills needed to mentor teams and unite engineering, production, and corporate executives.
