Logistics Coordinator

Worldwide Logistics Inc., is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our domestic team! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, responding to inquiries, and keeping clients informed throughout the shipment process. Generate competitive transportation quotes by working closely with our Carrier Sales Representatives and utilizing our TMS for LTL pricing. Coordinate shipment bookings. Book LTL shipments directly in the TMS. For dedicated and other service types, coordinate with the CSR team. Ensure accuracy in shipment details, documentation, and billing to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Track and monitor shipments in coordination with the support team, proactively addressing any delays or issues. Maintain consistent customer communication and conduct regular follow-ups with both current and past clients. Schedule and arrange pickups and deliveries, including appointments where needed, with clear documentation. Review and ensure accurate billing and documentation, invoicing customers in a timely manner. Manage multiple priorities efficiently while staying organized and meeting deadlines. Continuously seek process improvements, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take initiative to enhance service performance.
