Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Projects include commercial, healthcare, institutional, schools, industrial and data centers up to 10 million
• Ideal candidate would be an expert with large complex HVAC systems
