Interim Financial Aid Manager
$40 - $45 per hourSoni Resources
Soni is partnering with a Higher Education organization seeking an Interim Financial Aid Manager to support day-to-day operations during a major organizational transition. This individual will oversee a small team while remaining hands-on within financial aid processing and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Financial Aid operations and staff workflow
- Support awarding, packaging, disbursement, and reconciliation processes
- Work directly within PeopleSoft to manage and update student records
- Assist with compliance reporting and audit-related activities
- Partner with leadership during a large-scale organizational transition
- Support students and internal stakeholders with Financial Aid inquiries
- 3+ years of Financial Aid experience within Higher Education
- Prior experience working in Oracle PeopleSoft
- Strong understanding of Financial Aid operations and compliance
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ellucian Colleague exposure
- Experience supporting organizational or system transitions
