Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee complex projects across the Carolinas and Virginia; but mainly in the Guilford, Forsyth, and Rockingham County areas. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of multiple commercial roofing projects with a focus on technical accuracy. Maintain a rigorous schedule, working autonomously to meet milestones. Apply traditional, time‑tested roofing concepts to modern challenges. Requirements Minimum 3 years commercial roofing experience. Strong work ethic. Valid Driver’s License. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Will be required to pass a criminal history background check. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial roofing or construction project management. A preference for technical, data-heavy work over social-heavy roles. Comfortable with a straightforward, sometimes confrontational communication style when facts are at stake. Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company structure.
