Minimum Qualifications

•            Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

•            Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial construction project management.

•            Proven experience with utilities, energy infrastructure, or cogeneration projects.

•            Experience managing contractors and construction teams with +30 onsite personnel.

•            Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, compliance, and quality systems.

•            Experience leading capital projects from design through commissioning and startup.

•            Proficiency with project scheduling tools and Gantt chart management.

•            Experience managing budgets, change orders, procurement, and contractor coordination.

•            Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

•            Experience within regulated industrial environments preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

•            Lead construction activities for Cogeneration plant: Energy Building and Gas Station scope.

•            Manage project execution from design, construction, commissioning, and startup.

•            Serve as primary point of contact for PMs, CMs, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

•            Coordinate project activities between contractors, engineering, operations, and vendors.

Budget & Cost Control

•            Prepare project cost estimates and monthly/annual cash flow forecasts.

•            Track all project costs, commitments, and related construction activities.

•            Provide cost analysis and justification for change orders when required.

Scheduling & Reporting

•            Develop, own, and maintain the project Gantt schedule.

•            Provide monthly schedule updates and project progress reporting.

•            Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans when required.

Contractor & Procurement Management

•            Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

•            Coordinate formal bidding processes and procurement documentation.

•            Participate in contractor bid evaluations and RFP reviews.

•            Coordinate procurement activities including purchase requests, PO follow-up, and equipment tracking.

Technical & Quality Leadership

•            Identify technical issues and lead corrective action discussions with stakeholders.

•            Challenge design ambiguities, constructability concerns, and quality issues proactively.

•            Participate in evaluation of engineering alternatives and recommend solutions.

•            Lead Request for Information (RFI) processes with contractors and project stakeholders.

Safety & Compliance

•            Ensure safety remains the highest priority across all construction activities.

•            Enforce compliance with Coca-Cola Environmental, Safety, Security, and Quality requirements.

•            Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

•            Upload and maintain required documentation within ETQ Management of Change (MOC) systems.

Commissioning & Startup

•            Lead or support Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) activities.

Support startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities through project completion.
