Labor and Delivery RN – Great Bend, KS | Nights | Full-Time
Join a leading facility in Great Bend, Kansas, offering a competitive pay package, full benefits, and a supportive team environment. Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours/week: 36 hours
Employment Type: Permanent
Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN License required; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (within 6 months), Fetal Heart Monitoring (within 1 year)
Experience: New grads welcome; previous labor and delivery experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits
Pay package discussed upon application
Shift Differentials: Evenings ($2.30/hr), Night ($3.75/hr), Weekend ($3.00/hr)

What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to any abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Assist in emergency situations and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed
- Adhere to all safety and hospital protocols
What You Need
- Kansas RN license
- BLS certification (within 2 weeks of employment)
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification (within 6 months)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (within 6 months)
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification (within 1 year)
