225 E Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Stockton, California 95206, United States Position Lead-SCM65 Job Summary Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics. Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management. Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management. Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants. Perform other work‑related tasks as assigned by management. Responsibilities Adhere to all policies, handbook and company communications. Follow all paperwork procedures as outlined in handbook, training courses and Sun Com policy documents. Master required systems such as RQ4, Paycom, etc. Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies or errors. Follow all cash depositing procedures and accept responsibility for deficiencies caused by your error or negligence. Protect and maintain company assets. Use proper judgment to avoid fraudulent purchases, even those that comply with company restrictions. Accurately & timely complete opening and closing checklists with zero errors. Immediately communicate any inventory deficiency to supervisors. Maintain store appearance. Complete all required training within the timeline established by management. Consistently and accurately record time & attendance in RQ4. Adhere to schedule and provide adequate notice for all requested time off. Take personal responsibility for all problems within your control. Essential Requirements At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week. Able to stand for long periods of time. Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off‑site meetings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Management experience: 1 year (preferred). Retail sales experience: 1 year (preferred). Spanish language spoken (preferred).
