To ensure the growth and development of our new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.Scope :The Coverlay Operator is responsible for aligning, affixing, booking, and laminating coverlay material onto flexible layers/panels.Duties and Responsibilities:Run press set-up, operation, shutdown, and emergency shutdownOperate soldering iron to take down material; Material can be all sizes (large small) and at times can be intricateOperate coverlay press once flex material is tacked downVerify temperature controlsComplete daily cleaning and temperature log sheets to ensure completion and complianceWork in a clean room environment (hairnets required)Follow all departmental process procedures correctlyComplete all departmental documentation accuratelyComplete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the departmentPerform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist productionNote: The statements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees, and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of personnel. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
