Technical Business Analyst

Overview HCL Digital and Analytics has an immediate opening for a Technical Business Analyst in Cary, North Carolina. The Technical BA translates business needs to clearly defined and documented, high quality requirements or supplemental specifications for new applications. Analyzes change requests/enhancements in existing applications. Analyzes data to determine business problems. Work collaboratively with team to identify charge system weakness and recommend changes. Knowledge and experience payor/provider industry, work with claims, Electronic Data Analysis. Responsibilities Develop and execute test strategies, plans, scenarios, and tracks resolution to identified defects. Define and document business and IT system processes. Models AS-IS and TO-BE processes. Analyze business workflow and system needs for conversions and migrations Conduct gap analysis and uses analytical skills to identify root cause and assist with problem management.
