Commercial Sales Representative

Responsibilities We are seeking an ambitious and customer‑focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. In this role you will promote a maintenance program that keeps customers safe and pest‑free like an electrician or HVAC technician. What You’ll Do Develop leads and sales through creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations, targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartments, office property managers, manufacturers, health facilities and other large businesses) and networking groups while attending meetings. First‑year earning range $75,000 - $100,000, based on performance. Sales compensation plans reward strong results; top‑performing Sales Representatives often earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions. Qualifications What You’ll Need High School Diploma or equivalent At least one year of prior sales experience Valid driver’s license required Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board, which must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments What’s Required Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
