As an IT Project Manager, Senior, you will guide multi‑disciplinary teams delivering complex IT and business‑modernization initiatives, ensuring projects translate the client's priorities into clear plans, measurable progress, and successful outcomes.You will manage work orders and project roadmaps, oversee execution across technical and functional domains, and help shape repeatable delivery models that align modernization, process improvement, and enterprise technology adoption. You’ll build trusted working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project plans, risks, and decisions are communicated clearly and acted on with urgency and precision.In this role, you will drive coordination across engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and business teams to ensure project integration, resolve issues proactively, and maintain alignment across various groups. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
