Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Admissions

Location: Denton County, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $85,000–$95,000/year + Benefits
Mileage: $0.65/mile
Cell Phone: $60/month

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospice Admissions RN to provide quality patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients for hospice eligibility and complete admissions.
Develop individualized care plans and provide skilled nursing care.
Educate patients and families on hospice services and care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Participate in on-call rotation and travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

Active Texas RN license.
Minimum 1 year hospice or senior care experience.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Background check and professional references required.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + on-call rotation
