BrickTree Construction is a fast-growing residential remodeling company serving Southwest Michigan. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, decks, exterior renovations, and whole-home remodeling. We're building a company focused on exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and a professional sales process.

This isn't a corporate environment with layers of management and endless meetings. You'll work directly with the owner, help shape our sales process, and have a real opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.

If you're currently selling roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, remodeling, or other high-ticket home improvement projects and you're looking for something with greater opportunity, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Build trust through education, professionalism, and honest communication.
• Generate accurate project proposals and close profitable remodeling projects.
• Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales process.
• Represent BrickTree Construction with professionalism at every appointment.
• Network with Realtors, investors, and referral partners to generate additional business.
• Prospect for new opportunities through community networking and relationship building.
• Work closely with our production team to create an exceptional customer experience from first meeting to project completion.
• Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling high-ticket residential projects or services.
• A proven history of building trust and closing sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Self-motivation and personal accountability.
• A positive attitude and a desire to continually improve.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Construction experience is helpful but not required. We can teach remodeling. We can't teach integrity, work ethic, and the drive to succeed.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year you'll become a trusted advisor to homeowners throughout Southwest Michigan while helping BrickTree continue its rapid growth.

Top performers will have opportunities to:

• Increase their income through uncapped commissions.
• Help build and improve our sales systems.
• Mentor future sales consultants.
• Grow into Sales Manager or sales leadership as the company expands.

Compensation

• Competitive base pay.
