Maintenance Manager

Job Title: Maintenance Manager Base Pay Range $80,000 – $90,000 per year Additional Compensation Annual Bonus Position Overview Sedgebrook Senior Living in Lincolnshire is recruiting a strong, forward‑thinking leader to twin their team. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for keeping our community safe, well‑maintained, and fully compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role leads all maintenance operations, oversees the physical plant, manages staff and budgets, and ensures a high‑quality environment for residents, guests, and employees.
