Delta Electronics is an equal opportunity employer and offers all employees the same opportunities to grow within a global organization.Essential Functions:Make detailed inspection of assemblies, parts, and finished products.Work within very close limits and tolerances using precision measuring instruments.Perform high-grade inspection work and exercise good judgement.Read blueprints and understand the use of various gauges.Perform incoming, electroplating, and final inspections.Basic Work Functions:Review drawings and procedures as needed (with some initial instruction on Delta methods) and perform the needed work to assure the parts/products conform to requirements and enter data as needed in reports.Analyze discrepant parts/products to determine root cause of the defect or non-conformance and aid in the corrective and preventative actions required.Learn functions and proper use of the various measurement tools, electronic test devices, mechanical gages, and misc. hand tools used to inspect quality/dimensions of product/parts for conformity to requirements.Use Internal Electronic Information Data Base, accessed by Computer Terminal, to retrieve information relevant to document changes and new designs as needed.Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience a plus, not required.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status.Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) (20).
