About the Role
We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract opportunity supporting clinics in Zanesville and Coshocton, Ohio. This role focuses on adult outpatient physical therapy, including orthopedic, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses, with documentation completed in EPIC.
Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for adult patients
• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, general medical, and post-surgical conditions
• Support specialty therapy services including concussion, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control, and dry needling as applicable
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and patient outcomes
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately using EPIC
Requirements
• Active Ohio Physical Therapist License Required
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required
• BLS/BCLS Certification Required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must be able to work across both Zanesville and Coshocton locations, Monday-Friday schedule, and weekend call rotation
