Manager Nursing - Medical Surgical FT Day

Description Manager Nursing at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. This is a full‑time position. 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities Accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care and for the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or FTEs over 80 on a 24‑hour basis. Fulfills all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position and demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age‑specific patient populations (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics). Participates in related continuing education. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's in progress. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Upon hire: Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NNR) (Facility Managed) – if employed in L&D, NICU, Nursery, or Postpartum. 3 years recent clinical experience.
