About the Position

Job Title: Rehabilitation Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty, with consideration given to candidates with 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license. License: Registered Nurse license in Alabama or Compact license (no temporary licenses accepted). Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross certification required. Must-Have: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Must be available for holidays as required and every other weekend. Description: This position involves caring for patients in a rehabilitation setting. Candidates should be driven by a desire to observe patients, such as those recovering from strokes or fractures, achieve their goals of improved functional ability and independence. Join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team focused on comprehensive patient care. Patients will receive continuous medical supervision while engaging in rehabilitation programs. Patients benefit from 24-hour medical monitoring and support from various healthcare professionals. Daily rounds by providers contribute to the patient recovery process.
